Our owner, Dr. Greg Huszczo, is a change agent who operates as a consultant, leadership coach, and developer. Learn more about him and his passion for helping others today.
Greg went from wanting to be a college basketball coach and Math teacher to become an Organizational Psychologist. He is a lucky guy who loves his work, has fun, and helps teams and leaders get things done. His work life has included being a Business School professor, an OD consultant, an executive leadership coach and an award winning author.
He has helped more than 250 companies, unions, and institutions over the last 45+ years and has written more than 60 articles and 4 books, including Tools for Team Excellence and Tools for Team Leadership, and Making a Difference by Being Yourself. Greg’s favorite topics are Teams, Leadership, Change, and Personalities.
